Pre Wedding Meetings : two meetings with us to help you lock in details and make sure we are all on the same page about what needs to be coordinated. One meeting can be a venue visit but this may incur a travel fee depending on location.

Timeline Creation : We will work with you to curate a wedding day timeline that is not only respectful of the time you have with your venue and other vendors but also that is unique to the experience that you want to have. 

Electronic Wedding Binder Access:  keep everything organized in one place for all parties to access and view as needed.

Vendor Coordination: the month leading up to your wedding we will take over communication with your vendors so that they know who (us) to contact and communicate

​Wedding Rehearsal Coordination: an essential part of making sure your ceremony runs smoothly (especially if you have a big bridal party).

Wedding Day Coordination : 9 hours of service to oversee general logistics, manage vendors, facilitate decor setup, keep timeline on track, troubleshoot last minute changes or complications that may arise. We will be with you and there for you through the thick of it!
