Timeline Management : We will work with you to create a unique-to-you task list of goals leading up to the big day. We will also assist with curating a day-of timeline that is not only respectful of the time you have with your venue and other vendors but also reflects the experience that you want to have.   

Floorplan Creation : We will accompany you to a site visit at your venue and curate a layout that speaks to your aesthetic and guest count.

Design and Decor: We will guide and assist you through the process of creating a wedding vision with color schemes, floral design, choosing the dinnerware and linens and other aspects of wedding decor. We can help you pick a theme and piece together the elements to bring that to life. 

Rental Order Management: We will facilitate your rental order and work with the  rental company to match items to your aesthetic, guest count, and ensure proper delivery to your venue.

Budget Management: We can track expenses and guide you through curating budget-friendly designs and layouts, if needed. 

Electronic Wedding Binder Access:  keep everything organized in one place for all parties to access and view as needed.

Vendor Coordination: We will facilitate all communication with your vendors leading up to your event and on the day-of. 

​Wedding Rehearsal Coordination: an essential part of making sure your ceremony runs smoothly (especially if you have a big bridal party).

Wedding Day Coordination : 9 hours of service to oversee general logistics, manage vendors, facilitate decor setup, keep timeline on track, troubleshoot last minute changes or complications that may arise. We will be with you and there for you through the thick of it!
