Pre Wedding Meetings : bi-monthly meetings with us that can start as soon as the day you book.

Timeline Management : We will work with you to create a unique-to-you task list of goals leading up to the big day. We will also assist with curating a day-of timeline that is not only respectful of the time you have with your venue and other vendors but also reflects the experience that you want to have.   

Floorplan Creation : We will accompany you to a site visit at your venue and curate a layout that speaks to your aesthetic and guest count.

Electronic Wedding Binder Access:  keep everything organized in one place for all parties to access and view as needed.

Vendor Search & Coordination: We will assist you with finding the vendors that suite your budget and imagination while also facilitate all communication leading up to your event and on the day-of. 

​Wedding Rehearsal Coordination: an essential part of making sure your ceremony runs smoothly (especially if you have a big bridal party).

Wedding Day Coordination : 9 hours of service to oversee general logistics, manage vendors, facilitate decor setup, keep timeline on track, troubleshoot last minute changes or complications that may arise. We will be with you and there for you through the thick of it!
